Applicable terms
Using this site means accepting the terms of sale. How we handle your photograph and your personal data is set out in the privacy policy. Delivery, damage and cancellation are covered in shipping and returns. What we promise about your artwork is on The Vello Promise.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Write to hello@madebyvello.art. We answer every complaint. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to the consumer authorities of your own country.
We do not adhere to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, the Spanish consumer arbitration system established by Royal Decree 231/2008. You can still take a complaint to the consumer authorities of your own country.
The European Commission online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so there is no link to it here.
Intellectual property
The Vello name, the handwritten Vello signature, the artistic language, this site and everything published on it belong to [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], except for the photographs customers upload, which stay theirs. What we do with a customer photograph, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
